It took us a while to perfect our wheat flatbreads but then we had a very specific idea about what we wanted; a crisp, light bake that delivered a decent crunch. Once that was achieved, it was time to be creative with added flavours. A classic tomato and black olive was an obvious and divine choice.
Wheat Flour, Dried Tomatoes (7%), Black Olives (6%), Extra Virgin Olive-Oil (4%), Yeast, Salt, Malted Cereal Flour (Barley, Wheat), Sugar.
