Our traditional gingerbread is cut into the shape of a Reindeer and decorated using Belgian milk chocolate.
Gingerbread: Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine),Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils (rapeseed and palm in various proportions RSPO Sourced),water, Salt, EmulsifierPolyglycerol of ester of fatty acids, Colours, Curcumin, Annatto, flavourings.), Ground Ginger(1%), partially inverted Syrup, Bicarbonate soda, Milk.
Chocolate Flavour coating: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (palm kernel, palm oil RSPO Sourced), Whey Powder (from milk)and Lactose from protein fromwhey powder(FromMilk). Cocoa Powder, emulsifiers,Soya Lecithin,Polyglycerol polyricinoleate, Natural flavouring.
Smarties: (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Lactose and proteins from whey, Butter fat,(from Milk) Cocoa butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Wheat flour,(wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine,), Rice starch, Emulsifier (Sunflower lecithin,) Fruit and vegetable concentrates, (Safflower, Radish, Black carrot, Lemon, Hibiscus, Red Cabbage,), Spirulina concentrate, Glazing agents (Carnauba wax, Beeswax,) Inverted Sugar syrup.
