Our Christmas Pudding is made with plump, juicy fruits, citrus peel, vine fruits and mixed spices which are all soaked in Timothy Taylor's Landlord Beer. After steaming, our puddings are then left to mature for several months, allowing those sumptuous flavours to develop just in time for Christmas. Our seriously good Christmas Pudding is then beautifully hand wrapped in our Christmas Tea Towel.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin), water, Currants, Sultanas, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Palm (RSPO SOURCED) and Sunflower Oil (in various proportions), yeast, Soya flour, Egg, mixed spice, (Coriander, Cassia Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Nutmeg), Barley, Salt, Sugar, Glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, flavouring preparation, natural flavouring substances, Sulphur Dioxide, Thickening agent; Xanthan Gum, Emulsifiers, Mono-and diglycerides of fatty acid, Mono – and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium Stearoyl-2-lactylate, Acid Regulator, Calcium Carbonate, Preservative; Potassium Sorbate, Flour Treatment Agent, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes.
This product has a minimum shelf life of 3 months from baking so there is plenty of time to enjoy this treat.
