How are Shipping Costs Calculated?

All of our shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight (unless under a promotion).

 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All Alcohol is shipped separately. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently shipping some products separately from our 2 warehouses to improve your delivery time. 

 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we will email you to confirm your dispatch and the courier will text or email you to say your parcel is on its way!

 

How do you source your products?

Our mission is to source quality, award-winning, British Produce from all regions of the UK and make that produce accessible to the entire nation. We do not retail any products that do not meet the approval of our 'expert taste team', to make sure that we only supply produce that we believe in.

 

Do you offer different styles of hampers?

Yes - we offer a fantastic range of pre-designed hampers, with produce handpicked by our team. We also offer a 'Build Your Own Hamper' service, which allows you to build your ideal hamper choosing from a vast range of our products. Our hampers are available in different variations. For a small amount of products choose a reusable Jute bag or a small hamper basket, if you are wanting a bigger hamper we have a medium basket which holds around 10 items and the larger hamper holds around 16 items. What if my order is wrong?

Whilst we hope this never happens, unfortunately we are only human and sometimes mistakes happen. Please contact us at hello@bestbritishproduce.co.uk

 

What if my order is damaged?

We endeavour to make sure everything is packed well and will never leave us in an imperfect condition. However we appreciate things can get damaged during transit. If you need to organise a return / replacement please contact us at returns@bestbritishproduce.co.uk with your order number to let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

The product I want is out of stock, Will it come back?

Some of our products are seasonal, however the majority of our stock is not. If there is something specific you want please contact us and we can check when it will be back for you. Please remember most of our stock comes from small suppliers and is made on demand therefore we can sometimes wait 7- 10 days before we receive our stock deliveries.
